- Balance owing is due 30 days prior to date of arrival
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- If reservation is canceled 60 days prior to arrival, deposit will be refunded less 20% administration charge.
- If canceled 30-60 days prior to arrival,there is no deposit refund.
- If canceled less than 30 days prior to arrival, the full rental value will be charged.
